Email作为职场中最常用的联络方式,让很多初入职场的同学摸不清头脑。同样的含义,该用什么样的词表述更加恰当。今天小编就来跟你们分享一些邮件中必备的“神句”,拯救你们的职场email。
1. 在邮件正文开始前添加一句问候,寒暄一下,而不是上来就提问
- Hope this email finds you well.
- I hope you are well.I hope all is well.
- We send you our best wishes.
- Greetings from all of us at XXX (organization)
2. 电话沟通、开会后需要重复落实的工作
- With reference to our telephone conversation today…
- As we discussed on the phone…

3. 通知
- Please kindly be advised/informed that…

4. 多使用被动语态
邮件或者正式的文件里,被动语态会显得更专业。比如需要某样东西,把I need xxx改成xxx is required是不是看上去专业多了?还有一个例子可以省掉主语,把句子结构改成It is+动词,比如It is proposed that/It is confirmed that…
5. 用在句首的词汇

6. 请求对方做某件事
