London, Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019, Mandarin Consulting successfully delivered in London, the second module of their internal training Leadership Program, Impacting Performance. The workshop was also held in Manchester on April 4th, 2019 to engage employees across regions and departments in the UK. This second module addressed performance management with a focus on observations and how to provide feedback to improve overall performance.
