According to NACE, 56% of employers are seeking to increase their hiring of new grads (with a total of 96% either seeking to hire more or maintain hiring at the same level as previously)!

One more piece of good news: GPA is becoming less prominent in hiring decisions. While a candidate with a strong GPA can always play it up it to support her/his candidacy, those of you whose GPA does not fall within the top 5 or 10% can now breathe a bit easier during the job evaluation process.
