It would be easy for ambitious international students (yes, even you!) to assume that since so much of 21^st century business is global, most cross-cultural teams probably work pretty well together. Yet, as truly successful multinational teams are uncommon, it’s especially valuable for MCI to coach candidates like you on how to not only contribute to, but also to lead such efforts, as young professionals (such as you and your friends) seek to launch and build careers in premier international organizations.
