Information about the Speakers
Vicki has over 20 years of experience across multiple industries. Upon obtaining her degree in Mass Communications from the University of Hartford, Vicki began her career in the music industry, gaining experience in a variety of roles including promotion, advertising, PR, Event Management and record label operations.
In 2000, Vicki transitioned into Human Resources Management for the financial services industry, working for multinational companies such as Goldman Sachs, Deloitte & Morgan Stanley. During these years, she carried out national recruitment events for top schools including Chicago Booth, Columbia Business School and Harvard Business School, screened candidates applying to these firms and looked after the interview process.
Justin started off his career as an intern at no other than the White House, working in the Office of Management and Budget. Following this prestigious start, he undertook some brief experience at Legg Mason Inc., a global investment firm, before joining Aldi, where he was to stay for over 6 years. He held the position of District Manager and ended his time there as Director of Purchasing, responsible for, amongst other things, introducing new products, implementing marketing strategies, pricing and distribution.
