Information About the Speaker
Dennis Owen
Dennis is a senior-level human resources professional with significant experience at JP Morgan. Within this global financial institution, Dennis served as a Career Management Consultant, counseling new campus hires through the onboarding process and working with new associate-level employees to adapt to investment banking careers. During his 6 years with the firm, Dennis also led career management seminars and coached financial services executives in both career search and career management techniques.
Dennis’ background also includes a human resources management role, specializing in leadership staffing and development, within the North American subsidiary of 21B Euro global consumer lifestyle, healthcare and lighting products giant Philips Electronics. In this capacity, Dennis led efforts to attract and develop high caliber undergraduate and master’s level talent within a North American region. While supervising two talent search professionals, Dennis established relationships with top undergraduate and MBA programs, while creating and leading summer intern programs at businesses nationwide.
