With over three decades as a highly accomplished marketing and merchandising expert, in top tier Department Stores, Boscov’s and Macy’s as well as top 100 internet retailer SmartBargains, Mr. Litvin has demonstrated proven success in designing and leading programs on a national scale that boost sales and customer satisfaction in competitive consumer centered industries. Forging supply contracts and managing relationships with global vendors, suppliers and factories throughout Asia and Europe have created a unique skillset to navigate the complexities of international business.
Mr. Litvin began his career as a Management Trainee in New York rising to Senior Management roles. Responsible for extensive recruiting he understands the value of training and education on the job as key components to a successful career. He has created dynamic instructional and mentoring programs over the years while creating business cultures that encouraged and recognized ambition, contributions and hard work.
With his focused demeanor and collegial approach he has he has brought his extensive experience supporting decision makers and executive leaders to identify and launch vital initiatives and provide critical industry analysis, to his consultancy, working extensively in the realm of multinational consumer products and Investment Banking.
