Information About the Speaker

JASON GUREWITZ

Jason spent the past 23 years working for global investment banks in Asia and Europe. During this time, he held numerous leadership roles, including North Asia Equity Sales, Head of Equity Sales, Branch Manager and Product Manager, across multiple countries. These positions included stints in Taipei, Hong Kong, Seoul and London, working for Peregrine Securities, Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank and Credit Suisse. Jason’s many responsibilities included sales management, equity distribution and talent development.

As a member of the Credit Suisse campus recruitment team, Jason vetted thousands of resumes and interviewed hundreds of potential candidates from across the Asia Pacific region. His intense passion for developing and mentoring junior talent has contributed to many successful careers and promotions.

During his college years, Jason spent a year abroad in Taichung, Taiwan, studying Mandarin Chinese. He has traveled extensively and visited over 30 countries. Before leaving Korea last year, he cycled 500 kilometers in three days from Seoul to Busan. He now lives in Los Angeles with his wife, son and chocolate Labrador.
