ANGELA FRESNE
Angela worked for IBM for 24 years with roles encompassing campaign management, product marketing, repositioning and related areas. Along with experience designing and delivering learning & development for both technical and non-technical professionals, Angela used Agile methodology to transform IBM Marketing into a data-driven, digital organization.
Angela’s cross-cultural experience grew during her career through working closely with nationals from 25+ countries, managing teams in India, Romania and Brazil. She has overseen multi-million dollar budgets, driven programs contributing to significant revenue growth and even started a not-for-profit company.
With a passion for career coaching and mentoring, Angela hired and managed many team members in IBM’s “University Hire” program. Angela continues to coach organizations around training their teams to work effectively in a complex environment.
