DAWN WESOLEK
Dawn has been working for more than 20 years in global multinational companies throughout Europe and the United States in the areas of consulting, financial services and recruitment.
As an international student Dawn came to the UK in 1996 and built a career from the ground up working for consultancies such as IBM and CAP Gemini. She has personal experience of the cultural differences and recruitment process of consultancies and global companies as a non-British national. It is her desire to pass this knowledge onto graduates.
Dawn’s career has, most recently, concentrated on Management, Strategy and Leadership consulting within Financial Services at the Global Headquarters of HSBC PLC and Barclays PLC. She has been responsible for the hiring and recruitment of staff for multinational clients in Financial Services, Management Consultancy, Manufacturing and FMCG for multi-million pound programmes.
Dawn has coached several Start-ups and Entrepreneurs via her own Consultancy. She is an ICF certified Personal and Career coach. Her passion is to work with individuals, businesses and enterprises on programmes of change and transformation. Dawn is dedicated to lifelong personal change and loves to help others to achieve their aims and find their own personal drivers in their careers.
Dawn speaks English and Spanish and is looking forward to learning and growing with her mentees and coachees during their journeys with Mandarin Consulting to obtaining a career of their dreams.
