Wendy is an experienced global human resources professional with a track record of accomplishing transformational change and aligning talent with business. She brings over 20 years of varied experience in talent acquisition, talent management and executive coaching. Wendy has worked across a range of industries including Healthcare, Engineering, Property Management and Facilities.
Currently, Wendy is an HR Business for Johnson & Johnson (J & J), an $83B multinational Consumer, Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices corporation. She is responsible for creating and leading the talent strategy, coaching and development of leaders and building critical capabilities for the Global Regulatory Affairs organization in J & J’s Pharmaceutical sector. As a seasoned manager, Wendy has led both large and small teams across a range of initiatives, supporting populations in China, Singapore, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Switzerland, the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, Australia, Japan, and Korea.
Wendy is passionate about talent and helping young professionals develop their optimal capabilities to achieve career goals. With her multicultural background, Wendy is bilingual in Spanish and obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration, after completing both a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Educational Studies.
