Colleen Lehane - Coach
Colleen received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Fordham University and a Master of Public Administration from Pace University.
Colleen has over twenty years’ experience in Media, specifically in the technical side of television broadcasting and management. In her most recent post at Disney ABC Network, New York, she held the position of Senior Manager of Broadcast Operations and Engineering, where she was primary liaison for live and taped programs, including ESPN on ABC, News and Entertainment. Prior to this, Colleen was General Manager at Comcast Media Center (formerly ATT Broadband), where she oversaw the remote, network origination and transmission facility for start-up cable channels including engineering, post-production, operations, human resources and business development. She was also formerly Assistant Engineering Manager at KAET-TV, Phoenix.
Colleen has further experience with nonprofit organizations, as a Board Member for Esther’s Aid for Needy and Abandoned Children and The Emma L. Bowen Foundation for Minority Interests in Media, fighting inequality in the industry and is on the Board of Governors for the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS), Arizona Chapter.
Her broad work experience, commitment to diversity, and intention to give back, provides Colleen with an excellent foundation for mentoring and coaching our eager Chinese candidates.
