Graine Gallagher - Coach
Graine has a wealth of experience and knowledge gained in over 20 years of working in the financial, IT, telecoms and mining sectors. All of which have included working across numerous cultures in multiple countries, such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Africa. During her corporate experience she held positions in areas including new product development, strategy, project management, marketing and coaching.
Graine has worked as Marketing Manager for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and as Senior Manager for Product Development and Marketing for an international bank, as well as with Anglo American in project management. Graine has held further marketing and communications roles at AXA UK, the South African Futures Exchange and Microsoft.
Graine holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce, and an MBA degree from the Graduate School of Business (UCT) specializing in behavioral finance. She is a certified, accredited coach from the Centre for Coaching and New Ventures West (USA). She is an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Her coaching focuses on career coaching, business coaching, executive coaching and group coaching and facilitation, in areas of leadership skills and development, career management and transformation. She is one of the group coaches at the Business School – Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), on their MBA and several of their Leadership Programmes.
She has a passion for unlocking her clients’ potential through a facilitated discovery process, and she is committed in assisting her clients in achieving their competencies and capabilities required to make a holistic shift. She possesses strong listening and communication skills, all of which makes her well placed to support our candidates moving forward.
