Janice has 25 years of experience in the global technology sector, she is also a qualified Career Coach and Chartered HR professional.
Janice worked in HR and as a corporate coach in multi-national IT service and consulting companies such as Atos, US software company Symantec and international data management company Veritas Technologies, coaching management team in various countries including UK, US and other European countries.
Through her many years in the sector, Janice has in-depth understanding of various technical roles from software development to consulting. Her corporate coaching focused on the professionals at all levels within technology industry also gives her a wealth of experience. She has also managed graduate recruitment programmes at all stages, from reviewing initial applications through to running assessment centres and interview days. Janice also has experience in coaching professionals who seek new opportunities.
Janice has an MSc in Career Management and Coaching and an MA in Employment Law as well as a BSc in Psychology and is qualified in the delivery of psychometric assessments. Although British, Janice spent her childhood in Japan and Spain so familiar with cross cultural issues. Janice is keen to coach Mandarin Consulting candidates and help them to identify and fulfil their career goals, particularly in technology industries.
