Justin Snoxall - Coach
Justin has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles in blue chip, public listed businesses. He has a broad sector track record in commercial real estate, construction, airline catering, technology, manufacturing and distribution. He also has extensive international experience from living and working in Europe, Asia, the USA and Australia. Justin led a number of businesses as CEO, MD and at Board level. His own focus has been on strategy development, innovation, managing organizational change and latterly in leading sustainability. He worked for British Land, the Swire Group, Johnson Matthey and Morgan Sindall.
With Swire in Hong Kong he particularly enjoyed leading the commercial start-up of 2 airline kitchens in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and in Cebu, the Philippines. At British Land he led a 10-year program of innovation and change management, improving customer service and developing a sustainability strategy to support the broader commercial goals for the business.
Justin graduated from the University of Oxford with an MA in Modern History. He also has an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School at the University of Reading.
Throughout his career Justin has played an active role recruiting and guiding those in his teams. He is keen to share his own experience to help candidates at Mandarin Consulting build successful careers for themselves.
