Kim Mills

Having started her career with an undergraduate degree in television and radio, Kim has become a diversified marketing expert who progressed through 15+ years with multi-billion dollar American telecommunications and mass media giant Time Warner Cable. Kim’s background also includes several years’ management experience at Sprint, a multibillion dollar American mobile network operator and firm providing wireless and Internet services (including voice, messaging and broadband) to 60 million American customers.


Kim’s roles have encompassed both the client and agency sides of the marketing equation, including leadership within Marketing Communications (strategy and execution), Interactive Advertising Account Management and Creative Strategy Development. In particular, Kim worked for several years within a multi-million dollar New-York based Ecommerce advertising agency, where she leveraged not only Digital Marketing knowledge but also strong general business skills to guide client billing, project management and contract negotiations.


With specialized expertise in the areas of Client Engagement, Appreciation, Loyalty and Retention, Kim has also led teams in the domain of Service Transformation. As a results-driven professional, Kim’s efforts have contributed to innovative Brand Development and Product Marketing within highly competitive markets, driving increased product usage, customer satisfaction and value perception.
