Lori Kondas - Coach

Lori Kondas

Lori has many years of management level experience spread over various disciplines and business functions including business analysis, finance, technology, customer experience and consulting.

Lori was most recently the Executive Director, Enterprise Patient Experience at the world-class, 100-year-old Cleveland Clinic, a $12B international Healthcare System across three U.S. states and in several countries across the globe. With over 67,000 employees, the organization Lori worked in is consistently ranked as one of the best in the United States by US News and World Report. Within this organization, Lori’s decade of progressive leadership impacted Operations, Strategic Planning, Human Resources and Financial Planning and Analysis, Customer Experience, Patient Affairs and Patient Education, including managing an annual budget of $43M.

Lori’s career has included working closely with Business, Data Analysis, Financial and Research teams. She has also acquired rich experience working with consulting firms and has served as part of a consulting team to other companies, personally providing consulting services to organizations interested in improving their customer experience. Within this capacity, Lori has partnered with a variety of consulting firms (including KPMG, among others), developing technology, designing and implementing data analytics systems and practices, and creating training and education programs.

Prior to Lori’s professional contributions at the Cleveland Clinic, she headed Mission Services for the American Lung Association of the Midland States, an association whose efforts touch over 20,000 American lives annually. Within this role, Lori leveraged expertise in marketing, communication, operations and human resources, among other areas.

 

Lori’s academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Malone University, and two health-care related certificates, including an Executive Management Series in Healthcare from Case Western Reserve University and certification in Respiratory Therapy from Cuyahoga Community College.
