Vicki Aubin - COACH
With 30 years of diverse experience across various sectors, Vicki has a unique understanding of what it means to successfully launch and develop one’s career, across a wide range of industries, in the ever-changing global job market.
Vicki’s earlier career includes roles in HR for major banking, financial and consulting institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Deloitte & Touche (now Deloitte.). She then went on to be a career coach, supporting thousands of diverse clients to date in their career development. In recent years, Vicki’s coaching continued in her role as Senior Manager of Career Coaching at The Flatiron School, a highly-rated software engineering, data science, product design, and cyber-engineering technology training institution based in New York City, where she played a key role in the expansion and optimization of the career coaching job readiness training program. In this capacity, Vicki coached hundreds of students on new careers in the technology space. Vicki also led Flatiron School’s data science career coaching program, as well as web development career coaching for The School’s fellowship program with the NYC Tech Talent Pipeline, while facilitating hundreds of career training workshops.
Prior to The Flatiron School, Vicki coached students at New York University’s Wasserman Center for Career Development and conducted interview coaching at both the NYU Stern School of Business and Rutgers Business School.
Coupled with the above, Vicki holds a degree in Mass Communications from the University of Hartford and a certification in Applied Positive Psychology. Vicki supports ambitious international students in building and leveraging the necessary knowledge, tools and strengths to become empowered “owners” of their career development.
