George Sanne - Coach
George started the early part of his career in the US on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange as a Traders Assistant. He then moved into Banking for both Robert Fleming, now part of J.P. Morgan, followed by Merrill Lynch, in both the Asset Management and Private Banking divisions, in London and Luxembourg. This was followed by a career in Recruitment and Executive Search for up to 20 years, including for Michael Page International.
After a successful stint as a Recruiter for Michael Page International, he was a Partner and then Managing Partner for five years for Boyden Global Executive Search in The Netherlands. He later served as a founding member of the firm’s global financial services practice.
George has dealt with employers ranging from start-ups to blue chip multinationals, including some of the largest banks such as Credit Agricole, ING, and Commerzbank. Throughout his career George has interviewed, advised, and counselled candidates from entry level to executive level.
In recent years George has led executive search mandates while also mentoring aspiring young professionals. He additionally advises employers on talent management and retention strategies and possesses deep experience in connecting the Asian and European marketplaces.
George has attended Notre Dame University in the US as well as obtaining a BA in sociology from the University of Westminster and an MA in International relations from the University of Amsterdam. He is also a Professional Certified Coach trained in line with the IF (International Coaching Federation) and speaks fluent English and French.
